Some Natural Ways to Avoid Constipation

  • Drink plenty of warm water by adding lemon in it
     
  • Make a habit to eat a lot of green vegetables and do not eat glucose food e.g: potato and carrot
     
  • Blend cucumber, lemon, ginger & pineapple together, make their smoothie and drink it
     
  • Try to do a lot of walk and avoid to sit or lie at a same place for a long period of time
     
  • Eat a lot of fiber containing diet e.g. green vegetables and fruit and make less use of meat
