 Recipe for your Immune System:

Kinnow juice has vitamin C in it, Ginger has anti viral specialty and Pear's has fiber, for that reason this juice is great tonic for your immune system.

Ingredients:

1 Kinnow

1 Pear (Must be small in pieces)

3/4 Piece of Ginger (Must be small in pieces)

1 Teaspoon of Balanga seeds

How to:

Combine these ingredients and blend them well. Blend them until these ingredients should convert into juice. Preserve this juice and drink it as per use.
