If you’re actively exercising or walking, you tend to have sore muscles.Your body is probably not providing adequate muscle it needs.
In this case, you should drink this juice made from four ingredients: carrots, celery, cucumber and broccoli. It’s incredibly effective with muscle and cramp relaxation.
Be sure to avoid refined foods, white flour, white sugar and pasta and ensure adequate water intake.

Ingredients

  • 2 carrots;
  • 1 celery stalk;
  • ½ cucumber;
  • 1 cup of broccoli.

Preparation

Blend all of the ingredients well and drink the juice immediately after you prepare it.
